Duplex EXTERIOR
Our DUPLEX offers parking spaces for two vehicles underneath each unit and is accessible by a wooden staircase. A metal cargo lift is provided for groceries and luggage. Our Duplex includes a shaded front porch with patio furniture and a view of Corpus Christi Bay.
Cottages By The Bay’s DUPLEX has a separate bedroom with armoire.
Duplex INTERIOR
The DUPLEX interior provides a separate bedroom with a roomy closet and an armoire for storage. Our DUPLEX sleeps a maximum of four with sleeping spaces in the bedroom and in the living room. The main living area includes a Murphy bed that can be folded up to allow more floor space when not in use. The kitchen and dining area are included in the main room.
