Cottages By the Bay offers both studio cottages (490 square feet) and duplex cottages (650 square feet) rented by the month.

Built on stilts, our units are accessible by a wooden staircase. A metal cargo lift is available for groceries and luggage. Each unit has its own covered, concrete parking area.

The Cottages are uniquely decorated with authentic antiques and Persian rugs. Bathrooms include Kohler deep-soaking tubs and white tile floors. Vaulted ceilings and chandeliers give the units a roomy atmosphere. Our cottages feature bamboo floors in the living areas and granite counter tops in the kitchens, along with modern appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwashers). Murphy beds that fold down at night and up for day use offer an extra sleeping area. A reverse osmosis water filtering system ensures clean, purified water at the tap.

We require a 30-night minimum stay and will collect first month's rent plus deposit prior to check in.
